Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order from Our Store?
You can place your order online at any time using our secure shopping cart.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus and American Express.

What currency are prices listed in?
All prices on our website, order receipts and all charges are in US dollars (USD). Charges will post to your bank account in your currency amount. This is why you may see different charges on your statement, than you see on the receipt we sent you. Your bank may also assess a fee to convert the US Dollars to your currency. Please contact your bank and ask about currency exchange fees associated with this charge.

How will my order be shipped?
We offer FedEx Ground, 2Day and Standard Overnight shipping to US destinations. For Canada we offer USPS International shipping services. Please see actual Estimated Ship Date once the item is added to the shopping cart.

What are your shipping and handling rates?
Shipping rates vary by product and your ship-to address country and postal code. Add an item to the cart to view actual shipping.

For international orders do I pay customs/duties/taxes?
When ordering from Our Store.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Our Store has no control over these charges, nor can Our Store predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Note: Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
